On the radio

I got a bit excited today - at lunchtime I was on the radio! Bristol Community Radio has a food show, and as part of my job is to work with Hospitality employers, I was invited as a guest! I took with me an employer that I work with, and some pies that the students made, and we had a fun hour talking food, apprentices, and blow torching some lemon tarts!!!!
This is a pic of Catherine the host - I'm very jealous of her job..... I want to go on every week now!
