It's a shame it's overexposed, but this is my trip back to Cardiff white water centre. I was last here five months ago and told myself I would never go back. However today I decided to, it this time with my pal morsey in a topo duo kayak which meant that I had complete reassurance. It's still nerve wracking the first time down as when the boat goes over an edge it dives practically underwater! It was fun in the end though, after I had stopped shouting and screaming
