Notes: Day that I keep referring to as triage. Seems like I just keep getting pulled from one major problem to another. Lost the store manager today (good choice to back out b/c I was ready to fire him). The phrase "organized chaos" keeps jumping into my mind ... but it's not organized. It's just chaos and I'm really tired of the stress and thankless long long days.

This is my friend David, Steve's brother, in town from NY. Nice highlight of an otherwise abysmal day.
