An undertaker walks ahead of the hearse carrying my uncle Bern, a gunner on Wellington and Lancaster bombers in the Second World War, to his last resting place, at a cemetery in Ipswich. Bernard Dye served with 15 and 622 squadrons based at RAF Mildenhall from December 1943 to August 1944. Link
