What I did in my holidays

As I couldn't go to my Chinese lesson because I am in China - a damn good excuse if I say so myself - I ..er.. very (very very) quickly wrote an essay to send to the class.
A little less foolish than it sounds because the lesson was due to be about tourism in China, and especially Hangzhou and Suzhou - and I have just left Suzhou.
It was a last minute, goodygoody student sort of thought and I worked against the clock but despite total immersion I had forgotten all my grammatical niceties, and I fear its nothing to write home about. Joke.
O, and I spelled Yangzhou wrong. Blush.
Do you like the bits of china? I keep finding them on the ground, near old places
