Sunset Drive

I knew when I left mom's house I wouldn't make it home in time to catch the sunset. I knew it! I had my iPad (mini) with me though, so every time I was able to stop, I snapped.

I live at the top of a hill so I have to drive up a long, wide, gently winding road. I stopped in the middle of it to take this shot. After all, I knew I wouldn't make it home to catch the fleeting sunset.

And I didn't.
