Renegade Tiler

I've noticed a few random tiles popping up over town. Who is this crazy tiler?

This tile depicts Leonard Peltier, a Native American activist and member of the American Indian Movement. Currently serving several life sentences of murder in the US. Not sure why we would be the subject of a tile, or why he should be adorning a wall in Spring Gardens.

There's another one at the end of my street which features Emiliano Zapata (Mexican revolutionary) and I saw a blue one somewhere in town (can't remember where) that features a cuban revolutionary. I must track it down..and find any more. Just call it a hobby..like stamp collecting:)
