Mr Blue Sky!

The magnolia in the front garden is blooming more than a month earlier than it did last year.

We had so many warnings last year when we chopped it back that it wouldn't flower at all this year but it seems to be doing pretty well indeed. Hooray!

It looks good against the blue sky today (no treatment on this photo except a little cropping). With the daffodils and pansies in the front wall, I think our front garden is looking quite pretty at the moment!
