Pellucid?-not really

Pellucid-reflecting light evenly from all surfaces

It was so windy today that we were never going to get pellucid light on the little lake we walked round today. The water was almost as choppy as a sea. It was beautifully sunny with masses of white fluffy clouds but it was cold.

The light was being reflected very unevenly across the surface of the water. Whilst this may not be great for illustrating today’s challenge word it did make an interesting reflection of the swan. I wish I’d managed to get some more detail in the swan's feathers but this was one of those shots that looked fine on the camera screen but not quite so fine on the computer screen.

Igor decided to give up on trying for a pellucid shot. Maybe I should have done the same.
