Queen of the Night

A day of admin which is quite satisfying. Busy week next week so lots of prep for various subjects. It has been very cold here with rain and even hail briefly. Looking across Morecambe Bay I see there is a little fresh snow on the Lancashire fells.

I noticed that the tulips in pots on the terrace are racing along and I really like the Queen of the Night as it is such a wonderful deep purple when it blooms. Difficult to imagine that looking at it now.
