Mushrooms from the market
A bowl of fruit, onions, fennel and Lactarius deliciosus mushrooms (known as Saffron milk caps) from the market this morning. We sliced the mushrooms and fried them in olive oil, added chopped parsley and garlic and ate them with pasta for lunch - they were very good.
