This Blue World

After 2 weeks of brilliant weather, it was pouring with rain for our morning walk with Dylan, not that he seemed to mind.

And it was still raining lots when I set off for my long run this afternoon. Longest so far this year, 34k. The last few km were very tough and still feeling a bit tired now. But 3 weeks to go, so can start to slow down a little.

Bit stuck for a blip today. But just looked out the office window and saw the mountains so I got the zoom lens out. The line along the bottom is our neighbour's roof.

And sort of appropriate is this song from the always brilliant Elbow from their new album, which is very good I think.
