'Ace Of Hearts'

Today I had a walk around Saltram house, which is a National Trust property in Devon. While walking around the huge grounds I spotted this lovey plant.

Camellia japonica 'Ace Of Hearts' (Camellia 'Ace of Hearts') is a small wide fully hardy perennial evergreen shrub with red flowers in mid Spring. It grows well in semi-shade and direct sun, and prefers medium levels of water.
The flowers are rose shaped. It looks best in Spring and Winter.
