Early? Or late?

Just an ordinary row of houses, in an ordinary street in an ordinary town. Except for one little thing. Can you see it? The house in the middle has a Christmas tree in a pot outside their front door. Have they just bought it ready for next Christmas? Is it left over from last Christmas? It just struck me as a bit bizarre. Hopefully, the Co op is not selling mince pies yet.
