Once a year, all the EN Tutors and Assessors at one of three venues to get generalised feedback on our year.

Today the South and East contingent got together at a hotel in Hatfield to share their experiences of the year and to get briefed on a revision to the Level 1 Assistant Coach award. The main change has been drawn up to make it look a lot more those offered by Hockey and Basketball. Quite a few of us have reservations but want to trial the new course to work through the strengths (don't spend a lot of time delivering "nice to know" stuff) and the weaknesses (how to give quality feedback to our Learners in 30 minutes).
