The #nomakeupselfie was a campaign for Cancer Research UK which encouraged women to post a photograph of themselves on social media wearing no make-up and to text BEAT to 70070 to donate £3.

I don't often wear a full face of make-up but I was nominated to take part in the campaign so this is the photograph I posted.

Within the first 24 hours of the campaign going viral over £1,000,000 was raised.
