Cloudy with footballs

There where some pretty impressive clouds rolling over East End Park during the match today, patches of blue sky obscured by black rain clouds. All very dramatic but apart from a very light shower the bad weather stayed away.

A rather unimpressive game however, apart from taking the lead (against the run of play) in the first half, East Fife where the stronger team and won deservedly 2-1. The season runs its course soon and the likelihood is that The Pars (who are in a strong second place) will be in the play offs for promotion and East Fife (who sit second bottom) will be in the play offs for demotion. It seems The Fifers feel they have a bit more to be playing for at the moment and they ran us all over the pitch.
