Where has spring gone?

Aiming to get the evening sunset (hanging out the window again!!!), I moved to the left and got a view of this lovely blossom.
A mainly dry but rather chilly day here (so lucky we had our weekend away last week), Mr C is on call this weekend so have to stay near home. He pottered in the garden this morning whilst I did the pottering indoors.
