Perfect ice cream!

Boring blip on a Saturday night I know. But don't worry, my life is boring by choice since I'm trying to stay focused.

So it's easy to get excited when you find your favourite lactose free ice cream at the store!

Normally my lactose intolerance doesn't affect me in any way but I miss being able to eat really creamy ice cream. This one is made from rice and is so creamy it's dreamy ;)
