Moving day!

An early start as the removers arrived at 11am and we still had lots to do. Mum has been staying with us to help and has been brilliant. The packing went really quickly and Mum and I then headed to the new flat and left Matt to help the guys with the last bits. It was at this point that I was trying to open the new front door when the lock broke. We were so lucky that a neighbour we bumped into was a locksmith and offered to help us out. He came round with his son and spent the next half hour working on the door and couldn't have been more helpful. It really made my day and the removers soon arrived to unpack.

After a bit of unpacking it was back to Lexington for a final goodbye. Today's picture therefore had to be another of the view as it's the thing we will miss the most. We have had an amazing time here and some great parties but home is where the heart is and we are moving on.
