Learning

Today was a learning day! Sarah Ann Smith, author of Thread Work Unraveled came to Pinwheels to teach us machine quilting. I was thrilled to learn a bit more about which needles to use and what kind of thread works well. We practiced and shared, laughed and groaned. Free motion quilting is an art that has to be practiced. I have time to practice!

We attended the Rotary fundraiser, Beer and wine tasting with many local restaurants sharing food for the evening. A great turnout!

It snowed a bit, but I was so busy today that I didn't care!
