Captain Phillips

Met up with L today.  Neither of us were feeling fit so we had a short stroll around St Ives.  L suggested we had an ice cream in the hail as we both need to add a few pounds.  It was surprisingly good but we were jolly cold by the time we got home!

After both of us having a sleep on the sofa, Rich arrived home from work and we all enjoyed an evening together watching Captain Phillips - the true story of a highjack by Somali pirates - highly recommended.
