DDWs March 2014 Vocabulary Challenge - Esculent

Esculent - good enough to eat, especially vegetables.

With no veg planted in my garden as yet, I raided the vegetable box for this set. And I was in luck with the seasonal crop I'd got this week. Especially the purple sprouting broccoli (used for the hair). Looks like the veg to go with the roast chicken tonight is sorted!
