*NEWSFLASH* I left the house on a Sunday

It was a really unusual event for me to do some walking on a Sunday but it came with a treat in the form of a chocolate brownie cheese cake (honestly I didn't make that up it really does exist). A wander round the Royal botanic gardens with Sarah and I'm now back on the sofa where I belong.
