Indiana State Capital (upper part)

we went downtown to check out the u.s. courthouse where turkish delight will become an u.s. citizen on thursday. also walked to circle city mall where i grabbed a quick photo of the capital building. it wasn't a pretty photo, but i cropped and cleaned it up a bit. it has four stories on its major part, but i cropped off the lower two because of the street clutter.
