Newquay Lifeboat Station

OK so you can only see the rooftop of Newquay lifeboat station. But we thought you’d like the view of the harbour better?!! As we said in one of our other blips, lifeboat stations are actually pretty boring buildings!

However our current project is t0 Blip all the lifeboat stations & lighthouses in Cornwall so that is what we are going to do.

First we went to Truro so that Ann could buy some new plants for our sun terrace. Then we went to the ‘Range’ so that she could stock up on treats for me. She’s bought me ever such a lot. I’m such a lucky little collie. When I saw how many treats she’d bought me I didn’t mind waiting in the car one little bit while she was shopping.

Although it’s been a bit windy today, it’s been beautiful and sunny, so off we went to Newquay so that I could have a long walk. We walked for at least a couple of hours and I had a lovely run on Fistral Beach. I was hoping to do some ‘surfer chasing’ but there were no surfers about. Too windy I think.

Then we walked round to the harbour so that I could be blipped outside the lifeboat house. I sat ever so nicely right outside the lifeboat house to be blipped but Ann prefers this photo. And I don’t seem to have a say in the matter.

Found a lovely little dog friendly cafe where we had lunch that didn’t seem to mind that I was covered in sand and a bit stinky. Then it was more walking and swimming and running.

I’m exhausted now. I’ve asked Ann for early dinner which I’ve gobbled up and now I’m having a little chillax in the sunshine on the sun terrace.
