Pheasant..........

With the sun shining brightly this afternoon, i thought i'd venture over to Butser Hill to see if anyone was Hang Gliding. That might make an interesting blip......
Sunny here on the coast, raining at Butser Hill. Quick u turn and back into the country lanes heading towards East Meon, this guy was strutting his stuff by the side of the road.
Now i don't know about you, but i don't rate those small displays very highly on the back of the DSLR's, i have two bodies each having a 3 inch display, and in any sort of bright daylight, the colour and quality of the image you're reviewing on those screen is hardly discernible.
Times like today, where you know that your subject isn't going to stick around too long, checking the screen isn't really an option, i rattle off a few shot, in various white balance setting.
This image, the richest, colour wise, of the setting i used today, is the shade setting, temperature about 7500.
I wasn't sure if it needed the saturation reducing, but in the end i went with the image straight from the memory card.
