Silfra Again

We got up early and headed up to Silfra at 7.30 this morning, to get the place to ourselves. It worked! We had a fabulous dive with no-one else around. Sands and I had the place to ourselves for most of our dive - it was wonderful.

This is Sands in the shallow lagoon at the end of the dive. The volcanic lake bed has gashes and boulders strewn across it. When we got back to the trucks D was frying bacon for bacon sarnies in home made bread, now that's service ( Sands and I are considering kidnapping him & bringing him home to organise our dive trips).
