Triathlon time again!

I blipped this last year.

Today was this years equivalent but because the weather was a bit more favourable this year it was a harder triathlon!

Here she is on the cycling stage. It was swimming....cycling...then running and she finished again with a smile on her face! Oh to be that fit!!
