Diamond Anniversary

My grandparents have been married for 60 years. I can't even imagine being married - it's something of a wonder. It was obvious when Grandpa got up and spoke how happy they have been to get there. I can only hope that others I know get that experience, that love.

Happy things today include recollections of tandems and out-of-tune pianos, old dutch, vegan options (or lack thereof), cousinspawn playing with napkins and mixing up the bride, relaxed evenings, hunting for greeting cards, Grandpa putting helium balloons in the boot and decorating Grandma.
