Sunny day in clumber park

Waiting the start of my 1st duathlon (clumber classic duathlon) - 10k run, 40k road bike and then 5k run! And I finished! Faster than I expected as well. Slightly achey now but that's not unexpected.
Nice morning for it anyway. Bit windy but sunny. Matt and Poppy went for a walk while waiting, and the a mountain bike during my race. Tired poppy out.
Went for a short walk to loosen my legs out. Then as soon as we got back there was a massive downpour! Good timing.
