Today's weather was the opposite of yesterday's - a sunny morning while we were in church, then getting progressively more cloudy as the afternoon wore on, ending up with some fairly heavy showers. However, we still ventured out for a walk in the Forest after lunch, near Arbonne - Roger had been looking at the weather radar, and reckoned we would have the biggest window of dry weather over that side of town. It was another new walk for us, and we found the usual weird and wonderful boulders and rock formations, but I finally decided to go with this beautiful lichen, which was almost covering the branches of this particular tree. As we were walking we saw threatening clouds gathering on the horizon, and could see rain falling in the distance. We were almost back to the car when the rain arrived, so we were pretty lucky!
