Weebles at the beech

"Weebles wobble but they won't fall down!"

We took our fold-up bicycles for a cycle down at South Shields beach today and took this photo looking across the dunes towards Tynemouth and the north side of the Tyne. The "Weebles" are in the foreground, 22 life-sized bronze statues called "The conversation piece". They were designed by Spanish artist, Juan Munoz, in 1999 and cost £550,000!
