Finished

Well, more than finished. Both my Fastwitch and my left calf muscle.

Averaged 6:30 min. mile over the distance and therefore feeling like I am making some progress. The wind on the prom was right against the runners for the last 4.5 miles, which was quite tough going.

That's the final 1/2 marathon on the championship calendar so time to train for the shorter distances.
