Charming but..........

After church I went on a small road trip with a couple I know. We were going to drive about 50 miles to this Amish restaurant I had eaten at last summer. We were all set for some good Amish cooking. Duh, the Amish don't open a restaurant on Sundays. (what was I thinking?) We ended up in Arcola, Il. and found the only place in town to eat. The Dutch Kitchen. By now we were starved. The place was so charming on the inside. The food, well it's a good thing we were hungry. It wasn't what we had in mind, but we ate there anyway.Well, that's how my day went.
