Loch Lomond

This view is from Lomond Shores shopping complex in Balloch. When we are up visiting the family we always go here for a coffee and cake and a look around Jenner's. I have taken many photos on clear days and the view is stunning. The old paddle steamer "the Maid of the Loch" is moored on the left and is being renovated and there is a cafe there too.

The Ben (Lomond) was hidden behind the clouds on Saturday and it had just stopped raining when I grabbed this shot. The hint of the rainbow saves the shot I think. I will endeavour to get a better one for you all to see when I am up in the summer when there is usually lots of interesting activity on the water and the Ben is visible.
