"Baker man is baking bread"

I made this focaccia yesterday on my bread making course. Check out them bad boy irregular air pockets, Paul Hollywood eat your heart out and Great Irish Bake Off watch out, I'm coming for you. Thankfully my bread making is better than my bread photography. I had a wonderful time on the course and learnt a lot and cannot wait to start baking more bread. I'll have you all around for bread and jam one day. This makes me happy.
