RCPE building.

It may be wetter than an otter's pocket today but this place still looks magnifique.
Years ago I lived next door (our old kitchen window is top-right). One evening the RCPE were having some minor royal visit and as a security measure the bomb-squad popped round with some rather inquisitive sniffer dogs. My poor flatmate had to to hide her 'special plants' in the attic.
