Look up, look out

Sometimes it's too easy to become tangled up in life's net of issues. We end up looking inward and downward and everything seems out of proportion and far more difficult than it actually is. On days like these we should take a moment to look up and out and reconnect with nature a little.
I find the sky a great leveller and this morning the blue was stunning and almost cloudless. It repositions my mind. There are things bigger than me and my problems, things that will be there long after I've gone. A little perspective regained.
