Char Koay Teow
In Penang, one of the specialties is Char Koay Teow - and it's really tasty! We ordered some up from this hawker along the street. Food in Penang is an interesting blend of Malaysian, Chinese, and Indian, though this dish has mostly Chinese roots. Even though it's served many places, the Penang Char Koay Teow is the most famous! It was cooked with such speed, and came to us piping hot, a little spicy, and full of flavor. If you like street, Penang is a must-visit!
