After the demolition...

A few weeks back, I Blipped the beginnings of the demolition of the old Nairn's factory in Kirkcaldy.

The demolition seems to have been the easy part accomplished in a few days. Since then, more people have been on site with various types of equipment and I presume are processing the rubble into various types and sizes for future use. The photo here is of a mound of large pieces.

There must be many tons still to be processed over what is a sizeable site. I don't know how the rubble is to be used in the future, but I hope it can all be used for some meaningful purpose, and not simply dumped.
