Toots in Solitude

Dalry Graveyard

It really is such a shame that this graveyard is so neglected.
I think it may have been quite grand once but now most headstones are toppled, fallen or pushed and parts are being taken over by ivy.
A young mother and her child were playing hide-and-seek whilst I was there and I remembered how many hours Donald and I spent with our children in local graveyards.

Another very sunny day. In all my other homes I would have had long line-fulls of washing hanging out but here I tumble dry. I am getting used to that and putting things away not long after being washed is a novelty I quite like.
