Fragile....

......as a daisy.

After such good ride on my bike on Sunday, I've paid for it all day today. I've felt sick as a dog from 2am in the morning and still feel yuck now. I am guessing I drank some dodgy water from my muddy drinking bottle as everyone else in the household are fine.

All I could muster for a blip today was 5 minutes at lunchtime on the grass doing a bit of macro.

This little daisy looks like it's given a bit of pollen away and the petals have seen their best, but it's quite apt for today's blip.

I will wake a new man after a good nights sleep
