Emergence

So out back of my office we have a wooded area. The trees and surrounding terrain is classified as a Vernal Pool Zone in the spring after all the snow melts it creates pools of water that contain an amazing variety of life. You can find fairy shrimp, spring peppers, insects, newts, etc. This shot is of a pretty cool hairy moss peeking out of the snow.
