Cable Perfection

With reference to all my lovely new connectors, I was making up some more custom cables tonight. Having made them myself - I trust them not to give up on me!

Tonights cables were for my new wireless guitar system :)

This consists of a small beltpack transmitter that goes on my guitar strap. And a small receiver that plugs into my amp. Nice...

Unfortunately, the cables that came with it were the usual moulded plastic basic ones...so they were immediately replaced.

The wireless system is fully digital, giving me a response down to 10Hz (needed for DEEP bass).

Tested it out this evening with band 2...so I can now play along from the balcony, while mixing on the desk at the same time (I have done that for real before during a service where the other bass player didn't turn up).

It's appraisal time in the office. Got three done today. One more tomorrow, but not looking forward to it. I'm afraid it will be a "box 5" as they have missed almost every target set for them. It will be the first box 5 I've given all the time I've been doing this (although I'm sure most of you would have thought I give them out all the time).
