Today I have been mostly washing laundry.
In the evening we went to InBody measurement and found out our body composition (Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA)). I found out that 14.4 % of my weight is fat.
Also analysis pointed out that I'm little bit more fit and more muscular than women in my age and size usually are. So I'm happy of the results - hard work gained something...
This photo was taken on our way to analysis. S pointed the swing and started to yell. So we had to have a pit stop rocking...
I think this was better photo for the blip than me in my undies staring like an idiot while waiting the apparatus to do it magic...
