Cone of shame

Just in case you are concerned about Murphy he is very well. Too well in fact and I am having to monitor him closely to make sure that he doesn't over exert himself.

I put him in his playpen earlier so that I could concentrate on something and he escaped so I've been in my pyjamas all day.

As I have choir practise tonight I really do need to get dressed
