More Mela-Drama
I had the second operation to rid me of cancerous cells in my head yesterday. The op took an hour & forty five minutes and the local anesthetic was found wanting for parts of it but I survived.
As you can see, they didn't have any dressings available so they covered it with a bit of builder's tarpaulin that was lying around the place...
I have at least another five weeks at home. I'm going to be doing a few tours in the UK but not abroad until the docs say that I'm done and dusted as I can't get insurance.
Oh well. I've still got hundreds of prints and slides to scan and upload so that will keep me busy for a while yet.
