Agility Training

With a little help from recycling Aiden set up a bit of a course for Lola. Today while Alfie visited he was encourage to partake too!

Not a great photo as it was very spur-of-the-moment and I was actually mid conversation but it marks the memory and that's what it's all about.

Neck has clicked out a place again, so suffering a bit again, fortunately headaches and cheekbone pain isn't as bad as before so hoping it'll click back by itself.

Must look for a better pillow.
