The Moon and Mount Torlesse 2
I was out very early this morning to see blue skies and a frost. The clouds had lifted from the mountains at last and there was the moon about to set. There was no time to go to a vantage point with an attractive foreground. I can't walk fast enough and it would have taken too long the de-ice the car. So it had to be a gap-in-the-hedge shot. It is a couple of days past the full. My shot last month was also a bit past full.
Summer frosts are a nuisance. I thought I'd covered all the vulnerable plants last night, but one of the little cucumbers is a bit sad this morning.
